Dear Wanda and Clarence, I learned of your son's untimely passing just yesterday at an event where I would otherwise expect to be seeing the two of you. To say I am shocked and saddened would be an understatement. I am so very sorry for your most tragic loss. There is nothing I can say, of course, that will help, but I would like to remind everyone that we are all safer and more blessed in our lives because Tim lived among us and served his country than we ever would have been without him. For sure, "he gave that last full measure of devotion," and we thank him, and you, for the gift of his life. My wife Beth extends her sympathies as well.

I never met Timmy face to face...but enjoyed many intelligent discussions with him.....which I will miss incredibly. He was the type of guy you liked immediately....and appreciated honest comment. True american hero. God speed my freind.

Truly a great loss! When I think back to our high school years the thing that stands out to me about Tim was his smile! My prayers and thoughts to Tim and his family! Rest in peace my friend!

Tim was somebody I met recently who made me believe there were still good guys left in this world. I'm sad we'll never get "that date" we wanted. But I can say I'm honored to have known such a brave warrior. My condolences to his family and friends.
