I am saddened to here of Addie's passing. I was her Home Health Nurse for over 3 years. We formed a special bond. She was a wonderful person with a huge heart. I enjoyed our weekly visits together and always loved hearing her stories and laughing together. She was a good friend to me and I will miss her dearly. Prayers to her family.
