Anna Marie Finch (nee: Styles) born on May 25, 1930 passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Southlake Methodist Hospital after a lingering illness. She attended and graduated from Roosevelt High School, Gary, Indiana class of 1948. Anna was married to the love of her life, Mr. Robert Finch until his passing. She had one son Ronald K. Bass who was an excellent care-taker to his mother, Anna. She also had one stepson, Robert Johnson. Anna attended Logan Park Assembly of Christ Church where she was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ under the pastorage of Bishop George L. Stearnes. Visitation Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 12 noon - 8:00 p.m. with family hour from 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the Guy & Allen Chapel 2959 West 11th Avenue. She will be eulogized by Minister Jeffrey Allen on Thursday December 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Logan Park Assembly of Christ Church 1513 Polk Street. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. Ann was a very special friend of mine. We shared many precious memories during our work years together and after we retired. On several occasions we had the privilege of traveling together. Remember to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
