Mr. C. Chandler was a wonderful man, he was my second supervisor in Industrial Arts while at was at Horace Mann. I thank the LORD for such a kind man, and I am grateful to have known his as my supervisor. He was a member of one of the great Black Fraternity, Omegas, know as Q's.

I remember Mr Chandler as one of the classiest men at Roosevelt--reserved and soft-spoken, the definition of gentleman. I knew no student who didn't respect him, and never heard a single one complain about him. My heartfelt sympathy is extended to his family, especially to his beloved son Benjie. May God's peace embrace and comfort you at this time, and may memories be as precious jewels whose value grows with every day.
