Carlray Maxwell Guye, born December 22, 1950 in Magnolia, MS to the union of Sledgie and Lela Guye. He graduated from Pass Christian High School (Pass Christian, MS). He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired employee of U.S. Steel with 32 years of service. Parents Sledgie and Lela Guye, sister Doris Barnes, sons Carl Guye and Anthony Allen preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories: loving wife Shirley Guye; 4 daughters Cynthia Rzepczynski, Melinda Fields, Marla Guye and Lisa Guye; 3 step daughters Raven Miles, Ryan Gordon and Rachel (Dearon) Clark; 3 step sons Robert (Misty) Gordon, Richard Gordon and Ramon Gordon. 14 grandchildren; 4 sisters Jessie Allen, Gwendolyn Guye, Sharon Brumfield and Beverly (David) Ross. Aunt Ernestine Magee. 3 brothers-in-law Howard (Phillis) Miles, Galvester (Yvonne) Miles, Alvin (Janice) Miles; Sister-in-law Delores (Robert) Crawford; Special nephew J. Lee Gardner and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, November 17, 2017 from 12 to 8:00p.m.Family Hour from 6 to 8:00p.m. Funeral service Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. All services at the Guy & Allen Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Ave. Interment Rose Hill M.B. Church Cemetery Magnolia, MS).

Larry &Dee worked many years with Ray at Gary Works Coke Plant Ray was a nice person to work with he always had a cigarette in his mouth when we see him Rest Easy Ray
