born May 8, 1941, passed away June 26, 2019. Betty, a Frobel graduate, retired from the US Steel Mill with over 30 years of service in the Production Planning Service Department. She was a member of the Echoes of Eden singing group, and received Women of the year 2019 award from Carter Memorial "Women Prepared for Battle." She was preceded in death by mother, Henrine Williams-Robinson; son, Kenneth M Williams; daughter, Karen M. Williams; brother, James F Robinson; sisters: Carole D Miles and Claudia R. Larry. Elizabeth is survived by husband Joe E. Steele; 2 daughters: Dana L Logan and Nichole D Barksdale; son, Pierre McCoy; 4 granddaughters: Zhanee M.

(Chris) James, Kyeomishia Logan, Niaulani and Nylia Barksdale; 4 grandsons: Cartier and Cree James, LaDyle and Larenz Logan; sister, Yolanda Berry; special friends: Ms. Linda Robinson, Kathy Retic, Nona Gardfrey and a host of relatives and friends.Visitation: Friday, July 5, 2019 from 12:00-8:00 pm with family hours from 6:00-8:00 pm. Funeral Services Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. All services at Carter Memorial Church 635 West 49th Avenue. Rev. Willie B. Weaver officiating. Internment Oak Hill Cemetery
