I can remember Mrs. Donald singing about moving mountains and having one more sunny day. Now everyday will be a sunny day for her where she can now soar amongst the mountains. Everytime you saw her she always had that beautiful smile and word of encouragement. Her presence here will greatly be missed. My prayers and condolences are with her family, friends and loved ones. I know Heaven has truly gained an Angel.

Emma was the light in everyone's life. She was always the same, a true child of God. She taught me about spirituality, kindness, and being positive. I still can remember her getting up every morning and going for her morning jog in her little gray sweats and her navy blue hoodie. I also remember her strong love for Andrew. There are people that you don't communicate with daily, but are always in your heart. Rest in peace roommate....

My aunt had a good heart showing it by being one of the centerpieces for bringing family members together, visiting the sick here in Chicago, cooking, church life, and announcing the names on the Christmas presents to at our family Christmas get togethers from the '70's until present. An excellent example on how to be a wife in times good and bad, living up to her covenant with her husband; "in sickness and in health, for better or for worst, til death due us part". Evidence she was a woman of God.

To The Family of Emma Donald: I was saddened to hear of the passing of your BELOVED Emma. She was such a wonderful person. I met Emma 46 years ago as a student at Tolleston Jr. High School in the 7th Grade. We graduated together from West Side High School in 1976. She will be truly missed with her beautiful smile and "bubbly" personality. Know this: Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. She is in the hands of Almighty GOD. Hold dear to the precious memories. May GOD strengthen and keep you during this most difficult time is my earnest prayer.

With heartfelt sorrow I offer this condolence. I met Emma through Theresa and Larry. They were one of the first families I met upon moving to Gary more than 30 years ago!! Emma and the Women of Pilgrim Test would attend retreat with us yearly. To the family God is an ever present help and He will comfort and keep you. God Bless
