Ethel P. Jackson was born in West Point, MS on September 26, 1927 to the late Willie and Clara Gardner. She was a faithful member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. Ethel loved cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She was the youngest of eight children whom are all deceased, also preceded in death by husband Jessie, 3 sons James, Jerome and Terrance, great-grandsons ShaQwone Ham and Charles Wood, Jeff C. Tyson, son-in-laws James Hogan, Juan Fernandez and Roderick Ham. Ethel leaves to cherish her memories loving daughters Dorothy Hogan Barbara Fernandez and Deborah Ham; Devoted son Maurice (Madelyn) Jackson; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday June 12, 2017 from 12-8:00 p.m. Family hours 6-8:00 p.m. at the Guy & Allen Chapel. Funeral services Tuesday June 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Dwight Gardner officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
