I will lift up my eyes to the hills.

From whence comes my help?

My help comes from the Lord,

Who made heaven and earth.

Almighty God, our help is in you alone.

Lift up our eyes and renew in us a vital

Hope.

Maker of heaven and earth, sustain us day

By day for the sake of your son, our Lord

Thinking of you

You still matter even though visits have lessened ,
And distance has a way making love feel forgotten.
You still matter whether your faculties still hold ,
Or those days are long gone away.
You still matter even though your voice sounds weaken,
And the fight to conserve the strength you have seems to much to muster.
You still matter!
The humbling sometimes crippling health issues
Make it depends more than a state of mind.
You still matter and its an honor to age and if you hear often or not You still matter in my life Aunt Faye! Written by Nyoka Hall
