Jolyn Lorraine ("Momma") was born to Almamie and Thurman Starks on July 29, 1941 in Gary, Indiana. She was a faithful servant of Jehovah for over 50 years. Jolyn, affectionately known as "Momma", was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, musician, piano instructor, and advisor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Osborne, both parents, and her sisters, Jacquelyn Boykin and Rosalyn Jones. She is survived by her two sons, Brian Ragulen and Leonard Osborne, Jr.; three daughters, Toni (Cowboy) Brown, Jerraine (Brian) Record, and Hazel (Mishael) Esobeonu, all of Gary, IN; grandchildren Tiara Ragulen, Taralynn (Shane) Houston, Joni (Jarquise) Rondo, Kelli and Jasmine Hamilton, Johnathon, Joshua, Joseph Record, Raven Osborne, and Annabel; great grandchildren Madison, Justin, Camille, Jarquise, Julian, and Jewel; niece, Kim (Leonard) Arnold; cousin, Deloris Brown and a host of other relatives. Memorial to be held at 2:00 p.m.on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 1401 W. 20th Ave.
