My heartfelt condolences to the entire family on the loss of your loved one. Phyllis, known as Lady had the perfect name. She was the consummate lady. Cool, calm and collected Lady. We attended nursing school together. Lady was refined and big-hearted, always helping someone. Always soft-spoken but meaning business. I will remember my nursing friend for her kindness and willingness to help anyone who needed help. We will all be less for her loss. I know she is in heaven maintaining order. Rest in peace my friend.
