To the Jumper Family,
When I was a little kid on 17th & Maryland, Raymond was one of my first friends in life. I played with him and Dwayne before we had even started school. Afterwards, I went to school with him at Dunbar.
As the years passed by, his face was always one I was glad to see. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, and my prayers go out to you all. He will definitely be missed.

My dad will be greatly missed. I will forever reflect on the times we shared. He was a loving man and I only wish god would have left him with me a little longer, but God never makes a mistake and I have to respect and receive that. Family, let us come together in this time of grief and be stronger and closer. I know dad would love to see that. Raymond, Quiana, Jerrod, and Jeramy, if I never needed you all before, I need you now.
Love His Son Steven
