Jules Taylor "Bull", age 87, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Vibra Hospital, in Crown Point, Indiana. Graduate of Gary Roosevelt High School, Class of 1947 and President of Class Alumni, member of St. Timothy Community Church "Goldtimers", Men's Felloweship, member of Steelworker's Union #1010. Retired employee of Budd Plant, U.S. Steel Corp. and Calumet Township Trustees Office. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and sisters. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Jeanetta, son Blake (Ava) Taylor of Indianapolis, IN and daughter, Lori Taylor of Chicago, IL; grandson Justin Taylor of Indianapolis, IN; 2 stepdaughters, Delores (Mark) Eggleston of Gary and Fondra Maxwell of Detroit, MI; 2 stepsons Michael (Beatrice) Johnson and Barry ( Jacqueline) Johnson both of Atlanta, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Send contributions to St. Timothy Community Church, Gary, IN.

Our families have been close friends for a very long time. Your dad was a good friend of my dad. He was a one of our village parents. It took a village to raise us and he did one heck of a job. He will be missed.
