Green Bay - Reverend George F. Krempin

May 24, 1935 - May 15, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Rev. George F. Krempin of Green Bay announces he was called home to his Lord and Savior on May 15.

For 25 years, he served as pastor of Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay and was an active rostered clergy in the East Central Synod of the ELCA until his retirement in 2000.

Pastor Krempin is survived by his wife, Rita; daughter, Jennifer Krempin (Dr. Benjamin) Bridgman of Alexandria, VA.; sisters, Mrs. Robert (Roberta) Roloff of Green Bay (formerly Kaukauna) and Mrs. J. Philip (Janice) Wahl of Columbus, OH.; and cousins, nieces, nephews and godchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. Arthur and Clara Krempin; sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roland (Thelma) Vogt of Appleton; and brother-in-law, Mr. Robert Roloff (formerly of Kaukauna).

The family will receive visitors from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 18 at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Avenue, Green Bay and from 2 to 3 p.m. preceding the Funeral Service at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 19 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 2911 Libal Street, Green Bay.
