Callaway, Jeanine K.

Jeanine K. Callaway, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2013 at her home. She was born on May 10, 1955, in Appleton, the daughter of Dale and Georgia (Voelz) Watters. She graduated in 1973, from Appleton East High School. Jeanine was united in marriage, on her favorite holiday, October 31, 2003, to Dan Callaway at Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton. Jeanine enjoyed camping with Dan, sewing, scrapbooking, and many other crafts. She liked shopping and watching TV. Jeanine loved animals especially her two dogs, Peanuts and CJ. She had a great love for children and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Jeanine is survived by her husband, Dan; mother, Georgia Callaway; three step-children: Melissa (Joe) Hartwig, Sara (Dan) Callaway and Daniel C. Callaway; four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter on the way, five brothers and sisters: Roger (Kathy) Watters, Janet Watters, Jody (Robert) Koett, Jill Watters and Ron (Jennifer) Watters; six brothers and sisters-in-law: Robert (Darcy) Callaway, Shirley (Gordon) Allen, Richard (Shari) Callaway, Gerald Callaway, James Callaway and Glenn Callaway; she is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Watters, father-in-law, Jack Callaway, and step-daughter, Rebecca Callaway.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2013, at Martens-Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee Street, Menasha. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
