Jon Weiss Obituary
Jon C. Weiss

Jon C. Weiss, 54, Town of Buchanan, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013, in the loving arms of his wife and daughter. He was born November 4, 1959, in Milwaukee, son of Ronald and Ciline Weiss. On May 17, 1991, he married Michell Hillegas.

Jon was a quiet, kind, honest and sweet soul who treated everyone with equal respect. He was instrumental in giving many musicians a platform to share their love and appreciation of music.

As a husband and father, Jon loved unconditionally, supportively and loyally. He was a positive encourager with great character, strong morals and a quiet faith. He was a very brave and strong man. Jon loved deeply and privately, with a clever, subtle sense of humor. He was his father's best friend and his mother's sweet boy. His daughter Carley was his Little Miss Magic and his precious love. As a husband and partner, he was the calm, wise and reasoning voice in their marriage. He will be greatly missed and cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.

Jon is survived by his loving wife, Michell; precious daughter, Carley Renee; his parents, Ronald and Ciline; siblings: Douglas (Patti) Weiss and Kristin (Flemming) Jensen and their families. Jon is further survived by members of Michell's family and countless special friends and other family members.
