Lyncoln Kennedy Forbeck Obituary
Forbeck, Lyncoln Kennedy

Her legacy is a smile; every time that you smile, you're telling the world: "Yeah, I know Lyncoln, too." 18 years was not enough time for any of us, but we're thankful for absolutely all of it. Lyncoln Kennedy Forbeck, age 18, from Freedom, WI USA went home to heaven on Thursday night, December 15, 2016 as the result of a car accident in Upper Michigan. She was born January 30, 1998, the daughter of Dave Forbeck and Stacey (Marien) Forbeck. She leaves behind family, friends and all who knew her with holes in their hearts but the sure knowledge that she'll spend Christmas, her favorite time of the year, and all eternity with her Savior and a host of relatives celebrating with her right now.

Lyncoln was a 2016 graduate of Freedom High School and had just completed one semester at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI.

She is survived by her father, Dave Forbeck (Mary Jo Steeno), De Pere, WI, her mother, Stacey Forbeck (Scott Kuhr), Freedom, WI and her brother, Nathan, attending the University of Nebraska. Scott's son Karl Kuhr (fiancé Heidi and their daughter Harper) was like another brother to Lyncoln. She is further survived by her grandparents, Ken and Faye Marien, Osborn, WI and her grandmother, Marge Forbeck, Appleton, WI. Aunts, uncles and cousins who mourn her loss but celebrate her new life: Aunt Sheri (Rob) Warren and daughter Kendra; Aunt Cindy (Tony) Meyer and daughters Bryanna and Jordyn; Aunt Judy (Jerry) Smits; Uncle Denny (Ellyn) Forbeck and daughter Dawn (Paul) Buxton and their daughter Renee (Nathan) Jaeger; Uncle Dewy (Kathy) Forbeck and daughters Tera (Ben) Ramig and their sons Andrew and Christopher, Tracy (Norm) Austin, and son Lee Forbeck (Casey Bodenheimer); Uncle Doug (Jeanne) Forbeck and son Brian; Uncle Dean (Martha) Forbeck and daughter Megan, sons Joseph, Andrew (Bri Felder) and Christopher (Samantha Piontek); Aunt Rhonda (Tom) Dietzler and daughter Melanie (Joel) Neujahr and son Zack (Christi) Dietzler.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa Ray Forbeck, cousins Jim Smits, Jason Forbeck, Brittany Marien, Madalyn Warren and second cousin Angela Ramig. Grandpa, start training her at playing sheephead, we'll want her up to speed on that when we get there.

Visitation will take place at St. Peter Lutheran Church, N2740 French Road, Appleton, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, with the funeral service immediately following visitation. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Tim Glende. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund in Lyncoln's name. Lyncoln's confirmation verse, which was framed on the wall in her room: Revelation 2:10 - "Be faithful even to the point of death and I will give you the crown of life." Well done, Lyncoln.
