Danny was my first boyfriend back in 1970 when I was a highschool student at Sewickley Academy. Though he had no firm plans for the future at that time, he was incredibly smart and motivated and most of all, funny, funny funny. Ultimately, I went off to college in New York and Danny stayed in Pittsburgh and made up his mind to become a spectacular success...which he clearly accomplished. He was as determined a person as I have ever known. My entire family loved having him around including our cat, Rufus. He even helped me wax the car I drove back and forth to school everyday. He was just a delight and I will always remember him with great affection and a smile. My heartfelt condolences to his entire family.

Remember Danny well - from Leetsdale Elementary School to graduating from Quaker Valley. Saw him a few years after High School on a bus and he told me he was going to Pitt. Last saw him at the Sewickley Hotel and we were able to briefly reminince. What a great guy. Unpretentious, funny and always the smartest guy in the room. What a success story. From Leetsdale to Harvard and back home.

Deepest Condolences to his family.
