I am Tony’s cousin from TX and was devastated and saddened to hear of his passing. Our hearts go out to his immediate family, especially Aunt Mitzi, for her loss and having to deal with such a tragedy. I will always refer to Tony as “Little Tony” and agree that he was a very kind, thoughtful, and uplifting person. He will be sorely missed and look forward to the day when I can see his smiling face again in Heaven.

Praying for peace and comfort for family and friends. May those who do not know Jesus be drawn near to him during this time. May the tragic lose of a love one help others see the hope we have in Him. Praying we all see Tony again someday. In Christ, Pam Grimm

I always considered it a pleasure and privilege to know Tony. When joining the Volunteer company No. 2 in my early years of high school Tony was always there to help me learn and always looked out for us young guys coming up in the department. I remember so many fun times with him and bob luffe fishing in the blackness of keystone lake, great talks aroudn the burn barrel selling christmas trees, as well as many fun times in general. Tony was always there when you needed a friend or advice, he would always make time for it. even when us juniors would beg for a ride to Taco bell 20 min. before they closed(even though you'd never let me drive the Iroc)and all he wanted to do was go home to bed he would still take off the t-tops and pack us all in. His heart and generosity were simply indescribable. I thank god for knowing you and he has now gained a great soul. You will be missed more than words. my heart goes out to your family you were serisouly one of a kind.

I just want the world to know my opinion about Tony Mignogna. Being a year older than him & just living a stone's throw away, I grew up with Tony. I never really hung out with Tony but, being from Pitcairn, we all knew each other. As I grew older, as did Tony, I have to say, he was one of the nicest human beings anyone could ever meet. He "ALWAYS" had a smile for me. He and Robert Luffe were always hanging out at the fire hall and I could never remember a time that he wasn't smiling. Luff, I am sorry for the loss of your best friend. He will surely be missed by all. Mrs Mignogna and Michelle, I hope you are proud of your son and brother, he was truly one of the nicest people in this world. I am just sorry I didn't get to know him better. I wish the world had more Tony Mignognas. With a heavy heart, I am truly sorry for your loss. May God be with all of you.

Tony was a childhood friend of mine and my sister Laura's. We grew up with him and his sister Michelle and had so many good times. There was a bunch of us from 9th Street (and from 6th and up) that hung out as kids from grade school at Pitcairn I Elementary and on until High School. I have so many fond memories that include Tony in them. But the best times were when we would all go sled riding on the hill next to his house and try to avoid the big pine tree on the way down and the cars coming around the bend at the bottom. I remember Tony's face always got so red in the cold! He was kind and shy and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was raised well by his parents who always welcomed us kids into their home. We want his mom, his sister Michelle, Mike, Delaney and his dog to know that they are in our hearts and in our prayers. We are so sorry for the sudden loss of your beloved Tony. We will miss him too.

I will forever remember Tony as a true gentleman. He was one of the first to welcome me into the fire department was I was just 15 years old, and quickly became a dear friend. I will always remember all the night fishing outtings at Keystone Lake, the endless evenings of Pinnacle at the fire department, & the genuine friendship he provided me. I will never forget, when my mother became very ill & taken to the hospital following her long battle against MS... Tony was one of the first to visit, and his smiling face truly provided me comfort in the knowledge that I wouldn't be alone in it all. Tony, if I never told you before, you were a wonderful friend & I will always cherish all those great times we shared. God rest your kind soul.
