FRANK
On New Year's Day, January 1, 2014, 96 years young, loving husband, caring father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather, peacefully with his entire adoring family at his side, entered into eternal life with our Lord and his beloved wife of 62 years, Julie. A WWII veteran serving in Australia and New Guinea, Frank was a friend to all he met endearing himself to everyone who knew him. He will be fondly remembered for his kindness, compassion and helping hand. Dearly missed by his children, Michael (Suzanne), Randall (Maureen) Torcasi and Michele (Steve) Marker; his grandchildren, Sean (Shelby), Melanie (Chris), Giorgi, Julie Ann, Kristen, Elizabeth (Danny) McCurry, Meaghan, David (Lindsay) and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Miles, Alaina, Gianna, Nora Mae and Sienna. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Julie; parents, Louis and Rose; brothers, Santo and James; and sister, Angeline. Friends welcome Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret of Scotland Church Saturday 10 a.m. If desired, memorial donations to Gentiva Hospice, 190 Bilmar Dr. , Pgh., PA 15205.
