1927 - 2018 Obituary Condolences

Age 91, of West Deer Township, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018. Born February 23, 1927 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late George C. and Anna (Thomas) Reinhardt. He married Mildred (Raber) Reinhardt on April 7, 1951. An Army veteran of both WWII and the Korean era, he was also member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Victors Church. He started his career as a Systems Analyst at ESSO and then later worked in Administrative Operations for Action Industries. George liked softball, racquetball, jogging, golf and gardening. He enjoyed journaling and traveling, especially family vacations to Vermillion, OH and the Outer Banks. He is survived by his wife, Mildred (Raber) Reinhardt; children, Christine Majersky, Susan (Ronald) Wadowsky, Daniel (Beverly) Reinhardt, Mary Ellen (Scott) Klopfer, Paul (Eileen) Reinhardt, G. David Reinhardt; grandchildren, Laura Majersky Rogers, Brian Majersky, Jacob Majersky, Jeffrey Wadowsky, Amy Wadowsky Sutton, Erika Reinhardt, Sarah Reinhardt Kosko, Erin Klopfer, Eric Klopfer, Megan Reinhardt, Nicole Reinhardt, Faith Reinhardt, Noelle Reinhardt; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Reinhardt; and son in law, Thomas Majersky. Visitation will be from 2 - 8 p.m., on Tuesday, September 18, at KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2841 Woodland Circle in Allison Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, September 19, at St. Victor Church, 527 Bairdford Road in Bairdford. He will be laid to rest at St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery in Glenshaw. Memorial donations may be sent to Good Samaritan Hospice, Concordia Lutheran Ministries, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
