On Sunday March 16, 2008 of Liberty Borough, wife of Joseph E. Kaczak; mother of Joseph A. (Karen) Kaczak, Kim Kaczak, Don (Judy) Kaczak, Kathy Kaczak, Larry (Linda) Kaczak, and Mary Ann (ken) Perkins; grandmother of Michael, Jacob, Hannah, Levi, Nicholas, and Patrick Kaczak, and Marena and Chelsea Perkins; sister of Rita Milcic, Bertha Kunz, Anna Mae Karija, and Mildred Basista, George and Edward Kollar. A memorial mass will held at 1 p.m. Saint Marks Chatholic Church, Liberty Borough on Tuesday. Interment Calvary Cemetery Portvue. Arrangements by WOJCIECHOWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 640 LaMont Ave., Glassport.

Ken,
Our warmest heartfelt sympathies go out to you and your family for the loss of your mother. Most of us did not know your mother personally but we all got to meet her in another way.
Because of her, you are the man we all know today. Because of her, you have become as much a part of our community as those of us who grew up here.
We can all remember times when we celebrated together, argued with each other and resolved our differences, and just like family, all of us lived through it, laughed about it, and stored it in our hearts.
Now, we all mourn together.
Because of you, she will always be in our hearts. God blessed your mother and she in turn blessed us with you.

Uncle Joey, Aunt Karen, Michael, Jenn, Big Joe and the rest of the Kaczka family, We are deeply sadden to hear of Irene's sudden passing. She was truly loved by all that met her. Martin only met her once at Michael and Jenn's wedding and still talks about how great she was. I still remember that awesome fried chicken that she used to make.
