Joe - I had no idea. You were the best coder I ever knew. Just brilliant. We joked about the burgh. Hilarious. I loved how we laughed. I miss you my friend.

Joe Joe, Almost a year has passed and it still hurts like it was yesterday. We miss you so much everyday. We know you with us just not in the physical way, just like we carry you in our hearts every minute of everyday. We love and miss you so much.

JoJo,
This Xmas will be difficult for your family. We think about you with fond memories, tears in our eyes and a lump in our throats. You are the lucky one spending Xmas in Heaven with Jesus.

I love and miss you,
Your big sister

The Christmas Gift of Knowing You

The Christmas season fills our hearts with joy;
Bright, happy days bring special kinds of pleasure.
We're wrapped in the excitement of it all,
The sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes we treasure.

Yet when we have some quiet time to think
About our finest blessings all year through,
We focus on our family and our friends,
And appreciate the gift of knowing you!

Joe joe was more than my stepdad, My brother and I were his from the start. He loved us unconditionally and was always there for us even when were causing trouble. I have never met a greater man then him and I hope my son will be half the man that joe joe is. I named my son after him and I feel like that is only half the gift that I could give back to him for what he gave my brother and I. I love him dearly and miss him whole heartedly. He is with us always and I know he is looking after us. We love you Joe Joe!

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

With deepest sorrow. I am so happy, Joe, that you were a part of my life, even if only for a few years. You and your family are in my prayers every day.
