I am merely a fan who lived in the DC area and very much loved the hog era and especially hearing about the "Boss Hog" and his influence on so many members and people. Please know that I truly am sorry to hear of your loss and I pray that you will be covered by the Peace of God during this difficult transition. With love, thoughts and prayers.

To the Bugel Family --

We extend sincere sympathy to you on the loss of this dear man. We were pleased to have Joe and Dolly as neighbors after we moved to Laurel Hill Drive. We've been away and were sad to learn of his death.

Dear Elaine, Joe, & Tom,

We were so sorry to hear of "Uncle Joes" death. The last of the original partners is gone, & it brings to mine of all the wonderful memories that they, their wives, & children had. Now they can all be together in heaven dining at "Frenchy's" & playing cards. We wish we could have been @ the wake & funeral, but Cullan's mother is dying & we are leaving for St. Louis tomorrow. We know how hard this will be for Uncle Eddie; they were very close. He will miss him very much. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.

Love, Lannie & Cullan

Dear Tom, Gaye and Family,

I was so sorry to learn of Joe's passing. He was a fantastic husband, father and friend to many. The times that I was able to share with him at ELE, golf outings and the great Christmas parties at the Plant I will alway cherish. May God bless him and look over your family during this period of time. My prayers are with you.
