Matthew Martini Obituary
Age 16, of Evans City, on Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Born Jan. 24, 1993 in Pittsburgh, Matt was a sophomore at Seneca Valley Intermediate High School. He is survived by his parents, Paul J. & Jacqueline (Kopchak) Martini of Evans City; step-sister, Angela Kopchak of Sacramento, CA; paternal grandmother, Dolores Martini of Evans City, and maternal grandmother, Helen Sywyj of the South Side. Matt is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, & nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Andrew Sywyj and Joseph C. Martini. Friends will be received 6-8 PM Saturday and 2-4 PM Sunday at GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME, INC. OF CRANBERRY TWP., 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Twp. A Service celebrating Matt's life will be held 6 PM Sunday, June 7th at Victory Family Church, 21150 Route 19, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. Matthew is a loss felt by everyone. If I did not believe in eternity with all my heart and soul, this would be unbearable. I am praying and hoping for peace in our family that passes all understanding. In our human hearts we cannot achieve this. I pray for the great comforter of the brethren , the precious Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity to overshadow us and fill us with peace beyond our own strength. Maryanne, his aunt.

No one can imagine the loss of a child, we are very sorry for your loss and will keep you and your family in our prayers. I truly hope that you can find comfort in each other, and know that God has Matt and your family in his hands. Remember the good times, the smiles and laughs and you will be together again, in God's house. Until then, lean on him and your family and friends. God Bless you and your family, and again we are truly sorry for your loss.
