Dear Jenna and Morasca Family,
I was shocked to learn of Mike's passing recently. I worked with him briefly at the Westin William Penn in the late 90's. He was bigger than life and positively impacted everyone he came in contact with. I hope you find some measure of peace knowing how loved your father was by so many. He will surely be missed.

Jenna and family, it's hard to believe a light as bright as Michael has gone dim. I worked with Michael during his years at the William Penn. How many times did we all hear "two weeks"....! I said it the other day and smiled as he came to mind immediately. Michael truly left a legacy of smiles, laughter and living a full and happy life. I wish you peace and comfort, Jenna. Loraine

My deepest sympathy to you, dear Jenna. I sat with you and your Mom when you were cranky and watched your parents joy when you took your first step. They loved you before you were born and that grew every day. You certainly have had a rough time, but you must believe that both of them will always be with you--in your heart, mind and soul.

Deepest sympathy to the entire family, what a tremendous loss, I went to Jr high and High school with Mike, was on the wrestling team with Mike in the 7th grade. He was a gentle giant with a giant heart, could always count on him for a good laugh. RIP Michael, you will be missed.

Dear Morasca family,
I send my deepest condolences. Mike hired me 4 years ago this past sunday. He was one of the greatest guys I got to know. And the best boss I've ever worked for. He made going to work easy. Every time I saw him when I came in he made me laugh. He would crack jokes all the time with me. He would ask how my now 8 month old son is and just talk about life in general. He was a good teacher and most of all a great man.
Keeping you all in my prayers.

Your family have my condolences. I never officially met Michael, but would see him visit his brother John in my neighborhood. And most recently visiting him at his new residence where my mom lives across the hall. I will pray for your family. God Bless, Angela Gillot

Mike and I sat and chatted every morning while we waited for the health club to open. He always spoke of his family with love. I know that they will miss him. Please know that he will be missed by many others who came to think of him as a friend. He was a great guy.

Me and good friend Mike Riley used to lift weights in the basement.Mrs. Morasca would alwys be impecibly dressed to include dress
shoes and an apron and would bring glasses of orange juice down on a tray. Homemade meatballs, peppers and fresh Italian bread for lunch. She was great and so was Mike. He gave me a nickname; called me 'Tuscon' because he said I looked like a Tuscon. He was one of the funniest, talented guys I ever knew and just fun to be around.
My sincere condolences to his family. Tom Nave

Dear Jenna,
I was the GM of The Westin William Penn in 1989, '90 and '91. On many a very-early, summer weekend morning (early, as in about 6:30 AM) your Dad and I would play golf with another WWP employee, Rocco Panucci, Banquet Manager. What a great time we had!
I worked for Westin for 45 years in 11 cities - literally with thousands of associates over the years. Your Dad was one of my all-time favorites. Such enthusiasm for his work and enthusiasm for life. Everybody loved Mike.
I was deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing but feel so fortunate to have known him.
Please know that I am keeping you and the entire Morasca family in my prayers.

Dearest Jenna,
We are so sorry to hear this news. We loved your Dad, because he was always happy, smiling, and proud of you. He had a special way of seeing straight into someone's heart, and he could spot the ones who truly loved you, the light of his life and the twinkle in his eye. I love you, Jenna, and we are always here for you.

Michael you will truly be missed. We do work for The Westin and myself and some of my crews were always dealing with Michael, he was truly an amazing guy and truly committed to everything he was involved with. Even in stressful or busy times Michael was always calm, cool,
and collected. It's hard to find people these days that are so committed to their job, people, family, and friends as that of Michael. Anyone who knew Michael is going to miss him. My friend everyone at EDC will miss you. We wish Michael's family our condolences and sympathy during this painful loss.

My sympathies go to Jenna who he was so proud of and his family. Linda / Westin

I worked with Mike for a few years at the Westin William Penn and he was always one of my favorite people. No matter how stressful it got at times, he maintained his sense of humor. I can still hear his rallying cry of "HEADS WILL ROLL!" echoing through the halls. Rest in peace, my friend. To Mike's family, you have our deepest condolences on the loss of one of the good ones.

I would like to offer my condolences to the Morasca family. I had the pleasure of knowing Michael through a work relationship at the Westin. I'll forever remember his good nature and the respect that he showed for others, it is no wonder he was so well liked and respected by everyone including myself. Rest in peace my friend, you left us way too early, you will be missed.

R.I.P. Mike Morasca!! Prayers to Mike's family and friends!! Mike's face was usually the first that I'd see at the Westin Workout fitness center when I came in to open the facility every morning; I will miss him terribly. We always shared a laugh or two before his workout, and sometimes during. He was an awesome guy!!
