Jeanne and Michael,
I am so sorry for your loss. No matter the circumstances, it is always hard to lose your mother.
I remember your mom's kindness towards my mother and all of us Friedmans when you lived across from us on Garlow Drive. She always had an open door and great cookies that your Yai Yai made. My mother spoke quite fondly of your mom and dad as we were growing up and I will always have warm memories of her.
You have my family's deepest sympathies.

I worked with Penny at Koppers Company from 1985-1989. I always remembered her as kind, gracious and well dressed! My husband and I attended Jeanne's wedding at Heinz Hall many years ago. I have fond memories both of Penny and this elegant wedding. My sincerest condolences.
