RUTH SCHEIDHAUER Obituary
Age 95, died peacefully at home with loved ones on Thursday, August 25, 2016. Born November 14, 1920, she was the daughter of late John and Anna (Zorn) Gabauer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Francis P. Scheidhauer. Mother of Ruth Ann (Jim) Fox, Diane (John) Varner, and Sally (Rich) Tress; "Grama" to Kimberly (Adam) Lewis, Christopher (Sarah) Schuetz, Melissa (Brian) Jinks, Emily (A. J.) Daum, Benjamin and Stephanie Tress; "Great-Grama" to Oliver and Kylie with two more on the way; mother-figure to Nancy Linkes, and a special "Gram" to Nick Fox, Andrea Dawson, Jackie Mroziak, and their children, Evan, Anna and Drew; sister of Evelyn Leavengood and the late Elmer Gabauer and George Gabauer. Friends will be received Sunday from 12:00 until 3:30 with a blessing service at 2:30 p.m. in the GABAUER - LUTTON FUNERAL HOME,117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, www.gabauerlutton funeralhome.com. Interment will take place on Monday in Jefferson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.

I was so sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. She (Aunt Ruth) was a warm and caring person who always made me feel welcomed when we visited your home. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
