Dear Bishop Zubik,"dear friend",and to Mr. Zubik. Please accept my deepest and heartfelt sympathy regarding the passing of your mother, Susan. Her picture in the newspaper reflects her lovely, cheerful personality, and her enthusiasm for life. It was always a pleasure to be in her company when the opportunity arose. It is my sincere prayer that your thoughtful and comforting expressions of hope and God's love that you gave to the Notte and Gaglia families during our difficult times, will now serve you well and carry you through this devasting loss. God love you and your father and know that you are in my prayers, and your mom is one of my cherished memories. She was truly proud of her son, "The Priest!"

Bishop Zubik and family,

I just finished reading the PG article about your loyalty to the Steelers and then I learned of your mother's passing and of her passion for the black and gold also.

I lost my mom a few months ago - she too was a great Steeler fan. I'm sure my mom will share the next Steeler victory with your mom in heaven.

Our prayers are with you. Losing a mom is a heartbreak beyond compare.

God bless
