WILLIAM V. "BLACKIE", Jr.
Of Brookline, on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Husband of the late Henrietta (Budzynski) and Jodie (Yuhas); father of Lynda (the late George) Liptak and William R. (Mary Marth) Black; grandfather of Christian and Monica Liptak; great-grandfather of Keira and Logan. Friends and family will be received at the FRANK F. DeBOR FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1065 Bookline Blvd., 412-561-0380, Sunday Only 1-5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Resurrection. Mr. Black was the last surviving driver for Pittsburgh Motorcoach/ Pittsburgh Railways, which was the predecessor of the Pittsburgh Port Authority where he retired from the Ross Division with 38 years of service.
