I am just now learning of your death. You were much like my father (always getting stopped with THANKS for being such a hard...but GREAT teacher)! As you already know Tom,you haved saved my life in more ways than "just the house." I will try to keep up the repairs and the upgrades(as much work is needed both inside and out). I will see you someday and we can laugh about all the nonsense of this Earth. Ironically, my dear mother died only 18 days before you. She had ovarian cancer, and although she was very sick for two years, she was misdiagnosed with congestive heart failure and never found out about the cancer until one week before she died. I'm now catching up on my cooking skills, as my poor father misses his wife of 50 years - and I also keep (him) out of a nursing home. Love always...and please look after my mother in heaven. She is also Catholic and needs a friend!

To the LoDolce Family
I send my heartfelt condolences to your family on the passing of such a fine man and real estate instructor. Mr. LoDolce was instrumental in teaching me the real estate business through his LoDolce Real Estate Academy; where I had the pleasure of taking many of our required continuing education classes and other real estate courses. I was always amazed at, his tender age, his ability to explain in great detail the most intricate concepts of real estate. Mr. LoDolce played a significant part in the success of my real estate career and in me becoming a real estate broker. I will surely miss his pleasant personality and his genuine concern for all of his real estate students.

I met Tom in 1984 when he was my teacher at Financial Estate Institute. We became instant friends and I started to spend time with him in the archer piper single prop airplane for many take-offs & landings. I have so many wonderful memories of Tom in the Air and on the Ground. He was like my 2nd father. What a great role model !!! I will always have Tom in my thoughts and prayers. He will be greatly missed by many!

Tom LoDolce was my father, a fine man and teacher who lived life to the fullest for most of his 91 years. I gave my father his first flight lesson when he was 56 years old and he never looked back going on to get his Private Pilots license and forming a flying club that eventually had three airplanes. In my visits back to Pittsburgh during the holidays we could not walk in any of the malls without a dozen or so people approaching him to thank him for his teaching them the basics of the real estate buisness. A no-nosense teacher he taught thousands over his many years as owner and primary instuctor at his LoDolce Academy of Real Estate in Monroeville.
I will miss him dearly....gods speed dad! Your loving son, Tim
