To Billy, June, Ginny and all of Dave's relatives, my heartfelt condolences. I'm greatly saddened to hear of his passing, but am sure Dave would ask that we sing his song, "Never laugh when a hearse goes by...", with a smile and a twinkle in his eye. Goodbye my friend.

David was my high school sweetheart, and I will always remember his wonderful sense of humor and the great times that we had in the early seventies. Even though I've spent my adult life with female partners, I have never forgotten David, the only man I ever loved.

Dave was an intelligent, very funny, and very sweet guy. Even though we lost touch over the years, he was often in my thoughts and in family conversations at our get togethers. My deepest sympathies to his loving family. Sincerely, Alice (Bubash) Slapikas, Pittsburgh, PA

Dave,
I've been trying to find you and now I know why I couldn't. Walking away from us was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. You were truly my funny, creative soul mate from the moment I met you all those years ago. I've never stopped loving you and I wish you peace.
