Beloved wife of Rev. Dr. James E. Simms; and daughter of Willie and Wilda Martin, passed quietly on September 26, 2014. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m., St. Paul Baptist Church, 6701 Penn Ave., where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Arrangements by SPRIGGS & WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC.

Oh My GOD! This was mine reaction when my Pastor gave us this Heartbreaking news. Ms. Jackie, was a sharp lady in
side and out. Whenever I seen
her, there was always that beautiful smile! Pastor & Mrs. Simms was at Rodman for a Seasoned Saints Celebration. Pastor Simms was presented a plaque from the Rodman Street Family. Ms Jackie, was so proud of her GOD sent husband. I thought she was radiant that day. But, being with her Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ now. Can you imagine!

Jackie you've mentored me and have been my big sister from the moment I walked in PPG in 1981. My heart is sad and I will miss you dearly.
