On Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, Mark W., 56, of Elizabeth Township. Beloved husband of Danette Bonadio Stasko; son of Clara and the late Donald Stasko; father of Courtney, Ian (Katie), and Jesse (Krista) Stasko; grandfather of Cassius Stasko; brother of David (Kathy) Stasko; nieces and nephews. Mark was an employee of Carnegie Mellon University. Friends received at the DANIEL F. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, (412-678-3454), Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Elizabeth Twp., PA.

I was thinkig about Mark, and came across this sad news, I am so saddened. My deepest sympathy to u Danette and the entire Stasko family. What a VERY NICE KIND MAN, he will b remembered as so. Lisa T ( his nurse at home)

Dear Danette, My thoughts are with you, your family and the Stasko family. You and Mark had a wonderful life together, raising 3 wonderful children and loving each other for 30+ years. I will remember Mark as a 'Gladiator' with you cheering him on. Celebrate Mark's life and keep his spirit alive.

Ian,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your father, I know he must have been a kind, caring and loving person because he raised that kind of son. Memories of your dad will always keep him close to you.
