Rege was a terrific person. He had a great sense of humor and always a smile on his face. I worked with him here at PNC. I miss him here at the bank and was really surprised and sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to the family during this difficult time. I'm sure he will be missed.

I'm very sad to hear of Rege's passing. I will keep the Reinersmann family in prayer.

As the owner of Philadelphia Pilgrimage, I had the honor of getting to know Rege has he planned the pilgrimage to Philadelphia for his parish to see Pope Francis. Rege regularly called me for about 10-20 straight Friday's in a row leading up to the trip. He had a great spirit and put in countless hours planning the trip and all of the details. I loved his sense of humor and passion. He put others before himself and was always a pleasure to talk to. I'm sure he is missed greatly. His passing has made a difference in my life as I can't help but want to be a better man because of his example.

Dear Nicole & Family,

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Rege's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at PNC. In fact I called him Mr. PNC because of his enthusiasm for everything he did & everyone he knew. He always had such a big hello for me when we passed in the halls of Firstside. His smile was infectious and his kindness an inspiration to us all. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Debbie,

I just happened to pick up yesterday's newspaper and was stunned to read about Rege. My heartfelt sympathy to you and your daughters. I am so sorry. I would have been there today, if I would have known.
Memories of the two of you came to mind. Rege was the perfect boyfriend and he loved you so much. I remember the laughter and the giggles! I was so happy that you found each other and proud to be in your wedding. In a way, I have compared men in my life to him; a man of faith and love, who liked to laugh, very hard to find in our world today. I hope your daughters will find that in their lives, knowing their father lived the talk.
I have often thought of you, hoping to run into you. I attended St. Bernadettes a few times, but did not see anyone I knew. I hope you will find peace and may your love endure. You will always be in my prayers.

Love,
Joann Myers

To Deb and Family: Sorry for your loss. You have our deepest heartfelt sympathies. Used to call Rege, Sydney's Dad since we met at the park when walking our best friends. We always sat close in church. When the altar boys didn't show, Rege would offer his services. I would tell Deb, boy the altar boys are getting taller now of days. Only knew Rege for a few years, but it seemed like a lifetime. He will be missed by his church family and friends. We will keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless.
