Tim was a sweet guy, three years younger than the guys in Elliot Honors Dorm. Tim, had a sharp mind and excelled in what he took on, which in that dorm was "Bridge", at which Tim excelled. How far he would go, was a speculation, but not that he would go far in whatever was his chosen field. My deepest condolences. A dear friend is now coping with Parkinson's. Although I can't help him physically, I visit him at his choosing to learn Jewish mysticism, etc. His wife is a champion! To Tim's memory and may the research find a cure for Parkinson's. Although, I can't say for sure, it is my vague recollection that, as most of the other guys in Elliot Hall, Tim was intent on some area of medicine. I never heard him express any interest in law, but even at that, he far excelled many other lawyers.

In Elliott Hall, a men's dormitory of outstanding young men at Miami University, Tim stood out as a true friend and genius. Thinking of Tim makes me smile. I knew that whatever he put his mind to, he would excell. My deepest condolences to his family.

So sorry to just see this news today (5/18/17). I knew Tim through several online forums, and we met in person only once. He was a wonderful man.

I know Tim loved to read because when we were in 5th and 6th grade together at University School we had a reading contest going to see who read the most books over the summer. He always won!

Tim and I were very close in the Honor's Dorm (Elliot Hall), where there was almost always a bridge game going.
Tim was a certified genius and to my knowledge had a photographic memory. He could have accomplished anything he wanted to.
To my recollection, he skipped two years of High School to attend Miami, and excelled in his studies.
Anyone who knew him could not be surprised at his superb achievements in life, whether as a top lawyer animal lover, etc.
Tim was memorable, a real loss to mankind.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.

My condolences to Tim's family. I enjoyed working with Tim when we were Law Clerks for Judge Kelly, and was always impressed with Tim's compassion and brilliance. Best regards as you move through this time of the celebration of his life and his contribution to mankind.
