ROBERT J.
Of Whitehall, on May 11, 2017, age 81. Son of the late Richard and Mary Stephens; beloved husband of 47 years of Madeline (Bryan) Stephens; also survived by son, Douglas R., his wife Tara and their children, Jonah and Shae; and son, Robert Payne; also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son, Craig Stephens; and brothers Richard and Ronald Stephens. Robert was the owner of Baldwin Auto Parts and Wreckers Inc. for 59 years, a Veteran of the Army and a member of the Duquesne Golf Club for many years. He loved and lived for his family, especially Jonah and Shae. Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, on Sunday from 1-6 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Monday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin, 5200 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

A true guys guy, a man of few words most of the time. But when I would get him to talk the stories and knowledge of the business were very interesting and sincere.I'm saddened to see another fixture in the South Hills Automotive Business is gone. My sincere condolences to you Maddie and Doug I hope you can find comfort in knowing how many people he has helped in so many different ways over the years.
