JOHN KENNERDELL Obituary
John S. Kennerdell, M.D., passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017, at the age of 82. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Kennerdell; and his two children, Nancy Kennerdell Lawrence and Jeffrey Kennerdell. He is the son of the late Frederick Kennerdell and Myrtle (Shirk) Kennerdell, of Tarentum; and brother of Edward Kennerdell, M.D. and Margaret "Peggy" Kennerdell George. Dr. Kennerdell was Chairman of the Department of Opthalmology at Allegheny General Hospital before his retirement. A memorial service will be held at the Magovern Conference Center at Allegheny General Hospital on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at 4 p.m. Arrangements by JOHN A. FREYVOGEL SONS, INC.

Dr. Jack will be missed by his Monday Poker Buddies in Palm Coast. He was one class act and one great person. He made others better in every way. I am privileged to have known him. God bless and Rest In Peace.

Wonderful Doctor who literally saved my eye sight! He was the only one in the city who knew what to do at the time.

My condolences to Pat and the Kennerdell Family. I worked with Dr Kennerdell many years ago. It was a pleasure to do so and I learned so much from him and thank him for the chances and encouragement he gave me.

Dear Kennerdell family,
