KENNETH BUTYA Obituary
Age 53, of Collier Twp., formerly of Moon Twp., passed away peacefully with his family by his side on August 23, 2017. He was born in Kennedy Twp., on September 29, 1963, a son of George and Shirley (Nesbit) Butya. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Cassie (Flynn) Butya; and their children, Ryan and Troy Butya; his brothers, Jeff and Brian Butya; and his in-laws, Jim and Mary Flynn. Ken owned and operated the All Star Sports Bar and Grill, of Robinson and South Pointe for many years, and will be greatly missed. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 1 p.m. -7 p.m., in the HUNTSMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., of Moon Twp. (1522 Coraopolis Hts Rd.) A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m., at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Holy Souls Cemetery.

I express my deepest sympathy to Cassie, the children, and friends for our loss. Kenny was a long, long-time friend of mine and a Montour (MHS) grad with my sister. His brother Jeff and I were athletes at MHS and attended Penn State. Patronage to the All-Star Bar (Robinson) was routine when in the 'burgh.
