ANDREW M.
Age 85, of Bethel Park, after a short illness, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 16, 2018. Andrew is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Doris (Herr) Dressel; daughter, Sally Dressel; sons, Drew (Xiaoling) Dressel and Tom Dressel; grandchildren, Julia and Isabella; and brothers, Joe, Rich, and Tom Dressel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilda and Leo J. Dressel; and brother, Urb Dressel. Andy was a photographer for more than 20 years at Strem Studio, shooting weddings, portraits, and school portraits. He also had a successful career in industrial and freelance wedding photography. He was an active member of the Dormont Historical Society. He enjoyed collecting classic cameras, going to car shows, and canvassing flea markets and estate sales to add to his collection and find bargains for family and friends. Always a practical joker, he never lost his sense of humor. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 19, 2018, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. Services will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care Mt. Lebanon at (www.familyhospicepa.org). Condolences may be left at:
