Bisbey III (Jamie) and Heather Padilla (Felix); grandmother of Ryan and Clela Bisbey, Olivia and Felicia Padilla and the late Caitlin Bisbey; sister of Ruth Lynn Windsor, Jane A. Brannigan (Kenneth, Jr.) and the late Rodger P. Herbel; aunt of Kelli R. Brannigan Gaertner (Arthur) and Kenneth R. Brannigan III; great-aunt of Carlee J. Brannigan and Kaden. Friends and family are invited to meet at the BRUSCO - FALVO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 214 Virginia Ave., Mt. Washington (412 381-2323) for a Blessing Service on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 1 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association National Direct Response Headquarters, 1200 Hosford St., Suite 101 Hudson, WI 54016-9316.
