I used to tell new bartenders at the starr bar, there are 3 things you need to know about Herc... 1. He has a heart of gold. 2. Serve him all the beer he wants but never under any circumstances serve him liqour (unless you send a shot home in a to go salad dressing container with his beans & rice). 3. When its time for him to go home, "cab & tab" -call him a cab & give him his tab.... But if ever there are any problems, refer back to #1... Herc really did have a heart of gold & he will be missed
