Concetta "Nini" Incorvaia Beatty

Poughkeepsie, NY - Concetta "Nini" Incorvaia-Beatty, 64, was called to Heaven on Monday, September 17, 2012 after a long illness. Nini- as she was lovingly known by her grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many loved ones- was courageous to the very end. Prior to her illness, Concetta was a Home Health Aide for St. Francis

Home Care and she treated her patients with love,kindness and dignity and and lovingly cared for them like family.

Concetta was born in Gela, Sicily on July 4,1948 to the late Nunzio and Angelina Incorvaia.

Concetta is survived by her children, Gabrielle Dingee of Millbrook, NY and her partner, John Smith, sons Ronald E Beatty Jr. And his wife Julie of Poughkeepsie,NY and John Beatty and his fiancé Olivia and her son Finnegan of Middletown, NY.

Additionally, her Angels - her grandchildren, Travis and Austin Dingee and Paige Beatty. She is also survived by her sister Adele Indomenico and husband Arnoldo of Poughkeepsie NY, her brother Alfonso Incorvaia of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and sister-in-law, Immacolata Incorvaia as well as Aunts , Uncles, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, her best friend, Darline Beatty & partner in crime/ niece, Angela Incorvaia - Alfieri who were with her at the very end.

Concetta is pre-deceased by her brother and sister Francesco Incorvaia and Emanuela Incorvaia- Ferrara

The family would like to acknowledge with a special thank you to St.Francis Home Care, especially her Heaven sent aide Sophia Liberti, whose care and loving kindness helped our mother through her worst days and to Trudy Smith, who is not only a dear friend, but handled her case at the agency.

Also to Hospice of Dutchess County for their gentle care when Mom needed it most.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, September 20th from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Michael Torsone Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 218 Mill Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. Wheelchair entrance is located at the rear of the funeral home on Vassar Street. Concetta was a parishioner at our lady of Mount Carmel Church and a Mass of Christian burial to celebrate her life will be held Friday, September 21st at 10:00 am, with burial to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY.
