Dear Blankenship Family,I am so sorry for your loss. My father, Joseph Basista 6/1/19 and Fred Doolittle 6/3/19, who both worked with Jim, have recently passed. If Heaven has any banking issues, I have no doubt these three fine gentlemen will have the issues quickly resolved. Roxanne Basista-Spaid

Dear Evelyn and Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Jim at the Glendale Lab and also when he was the Lab Director in Charlotte. When Jim went to Germany on assignment 3 of us (all Pat's) visited Jim and Evelyn and they were very gracious hosts toured us around Germany. I have very fond memories and my heart is saddened by this loss. Evelyn my thoughts are prayers are with you.

Our sympathies to your entire family. Such good neighbors and friends for so many years. Jim never complained about all the damage we must have been doing to the roof with all our ball tossing as kids. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Blankenship family,
I worked with Jim at IBM in Glendale and he was one of the nicest and considerate executives anyone could know. How fortunate you all were to have had him in your lives for such a long time. May he rest in peace.
