LONG, III Charles Henry A physician with Kaiser Permanente, Santa Rosa Hospital and Clinic, died Wednesday, Febuary 25, 2004 following compli-cations of a bone marrow transplant. Charles long is survived by his wife Tamara; sons Carter and Cameron and stepson Erik Amavisca all of Santa Rosa; by his daughter Meridith of Nash-ville, TN, by his mother Nancy Ingham Long of Philadelphia, PA; his sister Christine Long of Rochester, NY, brothers Robert Long of Ojai, CA and Jeremy Long of Isanti, MN. Survived by nieces and nephews, extended members of his Santa Rosa family, his colleagues and many friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 28, at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, 9000 Sonoma Hwy., Kenwood at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to an educational trust for his children at the Redwood Credit Union, 2801 Fourth St., Santa Rosa, CA 95405 or to a memorial scholarship fund, William Penn Charter School, 3000 West School House Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
