I didn't really know Rick except via Pam, a dear quilting friend. He quietly enjoyed his own activities in the background of our chatting, sharing group. I know he was very precious to Pam. I spoke to him once, when I went to their burn site of their home and found him there, just quietly studying the lot where their home burned. It was an honor to share those few sad moments with him. As a friend of Pam's, I saw Rick as someone who fully dedicated himself to all his activities and as a loving husband. O am sorry I wasn't able to get to know him better. The warmest thoughts to all his family.
