I'm so sorry that Karla will no longer be with us. However, I know that she is with God and enjoying seeing old friends and family. She was a very special person. I worked with her for years at the SR Allied office. I am so sorry that I can not attend todays services. I just heard about it and I couldn't possible make it from Sacramento by 1:00. I send my condolences to the entire family. Karla will be missed by many and loved by all. Patti Schmidt

After 29 amazing years together, things will never be the same without you. You have encouraged and enabled me to be everything that I am, and I will be indebted to you for as long as God grants me life. You have given me a beautiful daughter, a tremendous example of strength and faith, and an unaccountable wealth of treasured memories. I am so grateful that your suffering is finally over, and that you are now safe in the arms of Jesus. It has been my blessing and privilege to be your friend, lover, and husband. I'll see you when I see you. Always... your Michael
