Mary Cypihot Obituary

Mary Ann Cypihot Mary Ann, age 69 years, passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side on March 9, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. Mary Ann was born March 17, 1947 in Calgary, AB. She lived in Calgary for most of her childhood years and then moved to Coquitlam, BC where she met the love of her life, Dennis Cypihot. Together they moved to Port Coquitlam, BC where she had 2 daughters; Angela and Danielle. The family moved to Kamloops, BC and finally Prince George, BC. Mary Ann was a secretary for a number of years at St. John Ambulance. She loved nature, especially trees and could always be seen walking up Ospika Boulevard with her dog Aida. She also loved camping. She was a loving wife, mother and Nana. She truly understood the meaning to life and with all the wonderful things she did for others, her teachings will live through her family. Mary Ann has 2 grandchildren, Brady and Kyler and son in law Michael Vojvodic. The family wishes to thank all those who cared for her during her cancer treatment. Mary Ann requested a private memorial service and prayers held for her immediate family at her local church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Agency.

May you find strength and comfort knowing she suffers no more. Talk of her often as it helps keep her memory alive and the grief manageable. You are in our thoughts and prayers and may God Bless you all in this very difficult time. Love the Zanic family.
