My condolences to Rick's family. I've fond humorous memories from sitting in the WLKW conference room twice each day with him and crew. Rick could turn what would've been a dull daily sales grind into everyone's laughter as he'd toss a dime on the table to help with our challenges. "Hey buddy can you spare a dime?" We'll recall his dedication going to his Sales Manager's role at WPAW in a row boat when the station got flooded out. Rick was the beacon that we all looked to as a great guy and good friend. It was a pleasure knowing him.

Ricky, as his father would call him when he would refer to him, was a very caring level headed person. I last saw and spoke with him in 1990 when he was producing a commercial to be used on WJAR TV . We reminisced about the past and the future and he was his usual upbeat self. I'm sure we and all who knew him will miss him.
