Paul E. Decker, Jr.
Shippensburg - Paul E. Decker, Jr., 76, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Monday, August 25, 1941 in Waynesboro, the child of the late Paul E. and Edna L. (Toms) Stouffer.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from the Central Intelligence Agency and Boeing.
He is survived by his wife, Donna (Avery) Decker of Shippensburg; and daughter, Kimberly Sue Decker also of Shippensburg.
Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM on Monday April 23 at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Dr., Shippensburg. Interment will be held in Green Hill Cemetery in Waynesboro. A viewing will be held on Sunday, April 22 from 6 to 8 PM.
